If you formed a corporation and elected S Corporation status you can now utilize the new
Ohio conversion statute to convert your S Corporation into an S-Corp/LLC. This is a very
simple process and will eliminate your need to have annual shareholder and director
meetings as well as many other corporate formalities. This means that when a creditor sues
you individually (i.e. attempts to pierce the corporate veil), the creditor will have a much
