years. Prior to that she was Vice President, Corporate
Employment at KeyCorp. She began her career in the
Cleveland office of Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. an
international Executive Search Firm where she worked
as an Analyst.
She received her undergraduate degree from
Cleveland State University in Psychology.
