Founded in 2004, by Stuart M. Horwitz, The
Horwitz Group, LLC is a transactional law firm
providing business, estate, succession and tax
planning services (BEST*) to a variety of clients
throughout Northeast Ohio. Mr. Horwitz is the
only attorney in Northeast Ohio to be certified
as a specialist in both Federal Taxation and
Estate Planning, Trust and Probate, one of only
five in the State.
Our firm with over 30 years of combined legal
experience, partners with our clients and their
financial advisors to provide a comprehensive
legal framework using the most innovative and
advanced legal solutions to achieve the desired

Each of our attorneys has earned a Masters of
Law in Taxation (LLM). These degrees were
obtained from Georgetown and New York
University, representing the top two graduate
tax programs in the country. We have attorneys
licensed to practice in the states of Ohio and
Michigan. The firm has an AV rating from
Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating.
